Introduce to the Material – Zirconia Ceramic
Ceramic materials work for human since thousands of years ago. It is hard,
durable, nontoxic and chemical resistant. It is a very old material comes from
the earth and has been used for food containers, decorations, and so on.
Comparing to the traditional ceramic, advanced ceramic is much younger, even
much younger than metals and plastic. It has been used for biotech, aerospace
and electronic industrials. Today advanced ceramics jump into our life as well. It
enriches our life with its clean, stable and beautiful look.
Zirconia ( PSZ, Partial Stabilized Zirconia ) is the toughest ceramic, which has
been commercialized since 80'. As a top class material, Zirconia could
replace almost all kinds of metals and plastics using for any applications.

TECHNICAL
We have developed and produced Zirconia parts and products since 1992. With know-how transferred from MRL, ITRI ( Material Research Labs, Industrial Technology Research Institute ), which is the biggest R&D institute for industries in Taiwan, our production lines supplied quality Zirconia pieces since 1994. We have been working on developing new applications and more unique technologies include a few special rmula for mixing raw materials, mould designing, the best controlling conditions for firing the ceramic parts, special techniques for machining and polishing, and so on.
Our production lines base on know-how from raw materials preparation to final finishing. These techniques have been using to menufacture the best products for years. Our abundant experiences ensure our customers to receive quality and reliable products at a very competitive cost.
